Formed from the ashes of guitarist/songwriter/founder/mastermind Billy Garcia's previous band, Forsakken was born into existence in the summer of 2002 on the mean streets of Washington Heights, New York City. A natural evolution for the Dominican-American axeman, Forsakken is a Heavy Metal band layered with ruthless riffs and silencing shreds. Their music has given them the reputation of being New York City's headbanging, horns up, defenders of the metal faith.
